SEWANEE, Tenn. - The Sewanee equestrian team, along with Daniel Stewart, are hosting an Equestrian Athlete Training Camp July 1-4 at The University of the South and the Sewanee Equestrian Center.
The four-day camp includes 35 hours of inspiring workshops and workouts, which include Equestrian Mental Coaching, Rider Fitness and Cross Fit, Team-Building Workshops, Athlete Nutrition and Health and Yoga and Injury Prevention.
Open to riders between the ages of 12 to 17, the cost of the camp is $1,250, and that includes accommodations on campus, meals at the McClurg Dining Hall and the workshops. There is a $250 scholarship for all USEA, USHJA, USPC, IEA and ISHA riders.
